BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Regs are no longer issued so every rider must book in using the methods listed below.

Any rider wishing to book in over the phone should call 01489 571493 and only use the Club Mobile on a race weekend if it is an urgent matter.

Alternatively you could book in by e-mailing Kay on kay_turner99@yahoo.co.uk or you can even notify Kay through Facebook.

You can also text Kay on 07984 074391

It would be appreciated if you could book in by the Thursday prior to the meeting so that we can allocate the marshalling duties.

CANCELLATIONS

It would be appreciated if any rider who is unable to attend a meeting contacts Kay on (01489) 571493 (or 07984 074391 (texts are acceptable)) to inform her that they will not be racing.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE, THAT IF THE CLUB HAS TO MAKE THE HARD DECISION TO CANCEL A MEETING YOU WILL BE INFORMED BY THE RACE SECRETARY VIA EMAIL, FACEBOOK ON THE WEBSITE OR ON THE PMXC ANSWER PHONE. RIDERS WILL NO LONGER BE INFORMED BY TEXT, IT IS THE RIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK IF THE MEETING IS DOUBTFUL DUE TO BAD WEATHER ETC. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM KAY, PLEASE ASSUME THAT THE MEETING IS STILL TAKING PLACE, DO NOT LISTEN TO GOSSIP OR RUMOURS FROM THIRD PARTIES. ALTERNATIVELY LOOK AT THE WEBSITE FOR UPDATES.

If a meeting is cancelled you will not automatically be booked in for the next meeting unless you are told by Kay. Pease book in again via the telephone as usual.
